Kriralok Desk: Kylian Mbappe’s participation in the first match of the Champions League for PSG has become uncertain. He was unable to play in the friendly match against Germany for the French national team on Wednesday (September 14) due to a knee injury.
Les Bleus lost 2-1 to Germany in the match. Mbappe had to sit on the side bench due to injury in the match at Signal Iduna Park in Dortmund.
French coach Didier Deschamps while explaining why Mbappe was sitting on the sidelines after losing the match said, “Kylian is in trouble due to tendon problems. He was not taken in the match as he could not be at the start.”
This was the first defeat against France in the last five matches since the World Cup. Desham’s disciples have won directly in all those five matches of Euro qualifiers.
Last Thursday, France won 2-0 against Ireland. As a result, Les Bleus are on the verge of playing in the finals of the continental tournament next year.
