Bangladesh beat Nepal: Kabaddi

Kriralok Desk: Current champions Bangladesh beat Nepal by a big margin in their third match in the Bangabandhu Cup International Kabaddi Tournament. The red-green team defeated the Himalayan nation by 40-24 points on Thursday afternoon.

Bangladesh’s Russel Hasan won the Man of the Match award after playing brilliantly at the Shaheed Noor Hossain National Volleyball Stadium. The hosts scored in the 6th and 18th minutes of the game.

Bangladesh started to dominate from the beginning of the first half. A clear gap moves quickly. Ended the first half with a 21-9 point lead.

Nepal tried to come back to the match in the second half but it did not work. Tuhin’s team began to gain more dominance. Bangladesh won three consecutive matches without allowing Nepal to return to the match.

Bangladesh, the two-time champion of the tournament, defeated Poland in the first match and Argentina in the second match.

Thailand defeated Malaysia by 59-24 points in the first match of the day. In the second match, Kenya defeated Indonesia by 65-33 points.
