For his first Champions League game this season, he welcomes a Europa League winning Sevilla to the bridge. Sevilla is a tricky opponent; they’ve been known to give teams like Manchester United problems. Chelsea, however, should be beating Sevilla.
Chelsea goalkeeper Edouard Mendy is in contention to face Sevilla on Tuesday after training ahead of the Champions League group tie.The goalkeeper has recovered from a thigh injury and is ready to replace under-fire Kepa Arrizabalaga.
